1. About these terms
This website is operated by Trendan Pty Ltd (ABN 79 162 150 316), trading as ATP PLUS, of 120–140 Pyrmont Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009, Australia. By accessing or purchasing from this store you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from this store.
3. Products and information
Product descriptions, images and ingredient information are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them. Packaging and formulations may change from time to time; always read the label on the product you receive before use.
Our products are foods and dietary supplements intended for use by healthy adults as part of a balanced diet. They are not medicines, and nothing on this website is intended as medical advice or as a claim to treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — including where stock is unavailable, where we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or where we cannot lawfully supply to your location — and will refund you in full if we do.
6. Availability by country
Import rules for supplements vary by country. It is your responsibility to check that the products you order may lawfully be imported into your country. We do not ship to countries where we cannot lawfully supply.
7. Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
The ATP PLUS name, logo, product imagery and website content are our property or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability for any product is limited to the replacement of the product or the resupply of equivalent goods, or the cost of doing so.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
