Shipping & Delivery

All orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Pyrmont, NSW.

Processing time

Our warehouse dispatches Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4:00pm Sydney time. Orders placed before 2:00pm Sydney time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or NSW public holiday, are dispatched the next business day.

Australian delivery

Remote and regional areas outside the Express Post network may take longer.

International delivery

We ship to a selected list of countries at a flat rate of $20.00 AUD. Estimated transit is 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Duties, taxes and import rules are your responsibility. Some countries restrict the import of sports supplements or require prior approval. Please check your local regulations before ordering. We cannot refund shipping on parcels seized or returned by customs.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for five business days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be resent, but the second shipping charge is payable by the customer.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and contents before disposing of anything and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
