Why are your products unflavoured?

Flavouring adds sweeteners, acids and bulking agents that dilute the active ingredient. Unflavoured powder lets you mix it into whatever you already drink and control your own dose. There is a longer explanation in our Learn section.

How do I take an unflavoured powder that tastes bitter?

Mix it into juice, a protein shake, or a strongly flavoured cordial rather than plain water. Citrulline malate and BCAA in particular are much easier in juice. We have a practical guide covering each product.

Can I get a certificate of analysis?

Yes. Send us the lot number printed on the base of your tub and we will provide the COA for that batch.

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse in Pyrmont, NSW. We dispatch Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4:00pm Sydney time. See Shipping & Delivery for rates and transit times.

Do you ship internationally?

To a selected list of countries, at a flat rate. Import rules for supplements vary widely — please check your own country's requirements before ordering.

Can I return a product I have opened?

Opened supplements cannot be resold, so we can only accept change-of-mind returns of unopened, sealed tubs within 14 days of delivery. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described — see our Refund Policy.

Do you supply pharmacies, gyms or distributors?

Yes. Wholesale pricing and minimum order quantities are available on request — get in touch through our contact page.

How should I store the powder?

Somewhere cool and dry with the lid firmly closed. Do not store it in a car, a bathroom, or anywhere it will get warm and humid — that is what causes clumping.
